In virtually all cases, these are the same people who oppose women’s reproductive freedom and are thrilled at the prospect of the Court overruling Roe v. Wade. What accounts for the hypocrisy—and what else can we expect if Roe is overruled?

So your statement of “In virtually all cases, these are the same people who oppose women’s reproductive freedom…” is not accurate. Unless I am not part of the “all cases” category, which would mean I don’t count as a person.
