The Balance of Tai Chi

Ikire We have all see the Yin Yang symbol. It is a sign of balance of opposites. Not to identify one or the other but understanding the flow of one into the other and back again. Having a practice to better modify the swings from one to the other can help us be more consistent while going with the flow. Join us as we go through a 5-movement Tai Chi series that can help us feel grounded and flexible in order to flow through the ups and downs of life to be more content.
