Connections and Reciprocity: Roots, Leaves, Trees….and Churches

Golden We all have two basic needs. Everyone needs to fit in, but everyone also needs to stick out. We fit in like trees have roots – for stability, to share nuturance with one another, for connection, communication, even reciprocity. But we also stick out like trees have limbs – for support, leaves to sense what is going on nearby, and to bring in energy, and fruit that is offered to the neighboring environment of plants and animals, who then help spread the seeds

http://justrpg.com/reviews/katamari We are much like a tree in our church. We stabilize and nurture one another, connect and care, communicate to connect, and offer support to one another in reciprocity, And we also support one another with our offerings, and by working together, and sharing our experiences and love. Join us as we discuss connections and reciprocity in nature, and how healthy nature is like a healthy congregation.
