The third session in “A Hendricks County Chautauqua” will feature Phil Gulley as the speaker. The topic will be “The Pursuit of Happiness: Our Unalienable Right”.  Much thought has been given, and many laws have been passed, fleshing out the legal parameters of life and liberty. But what does it mean to have an unalienable right to the pursuit of happiness?  What are the obstacles to that pursuit?  How can they be removed so happiness becomes more attainable? The series is being held the second and fourth Sunday evenings of each month from April 14th through September 22nd and is coordinated by Philip Gulley.  Each session will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will feature a knowledgeable speaker on that evening’s topic.
