There are five Wednesdays in the month of May, so UUCC will be cooking the meal for The Lion’s Den Community Lunch at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Plainfield. We will be trying a new recipe, Inside-out Cordon Bleu with green beans and scalloped potatoes. Prep is on Tuesday, May 30 from noon to around 4:30 p.m. Service goes from 8 a.m. to about 2 p.m. (including set-up, packaging, delivery, in-house service, dishwashing, to-go orders, and clean-up).
